update tool: exclude mirrors.xcp-ng.org repos during host updates - #683

Temporarily strip mirrors.xcp-ng.org baseurls from xcp-ng.repo on each host while updating and querying available updates, restoring the file afterwards. Prevents yum from pulling packages from the public mirrors during test-run updates. Signed-off-by: Gaëtan Lehmann <gaetan.lehmann@vates.tech>
